No practice on Monday due to no school.
Group 1 – Wednesday 2/18/26
Group 2 – Tuesday 2/17/26 and Wednesday 2/18/26
All wrestlers are welcome to attend practice even if not participating in the Championship Tournament.
Reminder to all parents with wrestlers in the championships next weekend: Weigh-ins are at 6:15pm at the HS on Tuesday, February 17. Wrestlers have a 1-pound allowance for the weight they wrestled in divisionals. If they don’t make weight, they can’t wrestle next Saturday. We will send out start time details soon.
There will be a fun practice planned for one of the nights after championships and we will be having an end of the season banquet. Keep an eye out for more information.

Group 1 (1st and 2nd year wrestlers) - M/W 6:00-7:00 at the Spring Grove Middle School wrestling room
Group 2 (3rd year and up) - M/T/W 6:00-7:30 at the Spring Grove High School wrestling room
